Your Bovis warranty covers the repair/replacement of defective guttering, downpipes and roofing materials. It also includes expert advice on any questions relating to your roof and roof space. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for here our Customer Care team are available Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30.
Your warranty doesn’t include general repairs and maintenance, such as cleaning or clearing guttering and downpipes. Replacing slipped roof tiles caused by adverse weather conditions is also excluded.
